The Cuppone Max pizza oven is a mid price range high quality pizza oven in the classic Italian style.






                       



Cuppone pizza ovens have top quality technology and design. This is a claasic Italian style oven with high tech electronic controls. Maximum cooking temperature is 800 degrees Fahrenheit.The unique heat regeneration system which consists of two side ducts which allow continuous heat exchange between the vbedplate and oven chamber.

     

This lowers energy consumption and improves recovery time for better baking. The panoramic  pyroceram glass door allows maximjm view inside the oven and is insensitive to heat shock. The hood which is an optional extra is equipped with easily removable stainless steel filters. Three models are available with capacities from 6 to 18 pizzas of 14 inch size. The picture shows the optional hood and stand which are both sold separately.
