The Doyon Commercial Pizza Oven is a top quality  oven which has a unique Jet Air system. This provides very fast cooking times of 5 to 6 minutes and evenly distributed heat with no burning of the bottom of the pizza.



                                       
Features

One of the most advanced convection pizza ovens available today.The Jet Air system permits baking times which are 30% to 50% faster than conventional pizza ovens. They also require up to 50% less floor space.
Preheat time to start the oven up is 15 to 20 minutes and cooking time is 5 to 6 minutes at 460 degrees Fahrenheit.  Air blowing through holes in the perforated nickel coated deck along with heat from the deck itself cooks the pizza very uniformly giving a very even crust.. Energy costs are reduced by 50% over that of a conventional deck oven. Due to recycling of the air the heating system is on for on;y 60% of the time. Cost of this Doyon commercial pizza oven is a little higher than that of a traditional deck type oven. However better performance,  increased production and savings in energy and labor costs more than offset this extra cost.

Exterior

The exterior of the Doyon commercial pizza oven is stainless steel throughout. The 5 inch by 30 inch doors are full view and heavily constructed.

Interior

The interior of the convection pizza oven is stainless steel. There are 3 baking decks giving large capacity. Easily cleaned and brightly lit. The Jet Air convection  system is unique. The interior is 30 inches wide, 22 1.2 inches long and 19 inches high.
